The Poodle Club of America Rescue Foundation, Inc (PCARF) - a 501(c)3 tax exempt not-for-profit organization - was established as an independent entity is 2006.

Our mission is to save as many Poodles as possible from neglect, abandonment and abuse and place them in loving forever homes, and to help owners find loving forever homes for their Poodles if the need arises.

Rescue work is best done geographically.
